Athens City Tour (5 hours) - Sailboat Embarkation
After breakfast check out. Today we shall enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Athens, including a visit to the Acropolis & its Museum, as well as a panoramic tour of the highlights of the city. At the end of the tour you will be transferred to Piraeus port for cruise embarkation. (B)
Milos
Discover the highlights of Milos on a half-day tour, blending natural beauty and rich history. Visit the striking volcanic formations of Sarakiniko for panoramic views and unique photo opportunities. Continue to the charming seaside village of Klima, where you’ll explore key archaeological sites, including the Catacombs, the discovery site of the Venus de Milo, and the ancient theater. Conclude in the picturesque capital, Plaka, where you can stroll through its traditional alleys and take in breathtaking island views. Return to the cruise ship for re-embarkation.


Chania - Creet, Greece - Shore Excursion
Explore the enchanting city of Chania, one of the most beautiful destinations in the Mediterranean. It was an important Minoan city and is considered to have been the “mother of all the other Cretan cities” by the ancient writers. The city is divided into two sections: the Old City, where the gorgeous harbor is situated and the New City, which is located beyond its Venetian fortifications. We will wander through its historic Old Town, often called the “Venice of the East,” with its charming harbor, Venetian architecture, and rich mix of Minoan, Ottoman, and Venetian influences. Enjoy free time to stroll, shop for local goods, and a short break for local treatment. Return to the cruise ship for re-embarkation.


Bodrum, Turkey - Expedition to Ephesus
Few places offer such a rich combination of history and scenic beauty. In Ephesus, one of the greatest outdoor museums in the world, you’ll explore legendary sites steeped in history. We will explore the ancient city with it’s Library of Celsus, the Temple of Hadrian, and the great Theater.
Amorgos, Greece
Meet with your local guide, board your bus and enjoy a half day excursion. Visit Chora, the capital of Amorgos, a medieval mountain village 400 meters above the sea surrounded by windmills. Chora is dominated by a 13th century Venetian castle, the historic rock has had built into it for more than fifteen centuries the church of Kera Leousa (Lady of mercy). Continue to the unique cliff-hanging monastery called Hotzoviotissa which houses just a few monks who maintain the monastery. Enjoy the breathtaking view on top of the Monastery.
Return to the cruise ship for re-embarkation.


Hydra, Greece
The island of Hydra offers the ideal Greek island experience! It has one real town, no real roads, no cars, and not even any bikes. Water taxis whisk travelers from the quaint little harbor to isolated beaches and tavernas. Donkeys are the main way to transport things here. These surefooted beasts of burden, laden with everything from sandbags and bathtubs to bottled water, climb stepped lanes. On Hydra, a traffic jam is three donkeys and a fisherman. We will have from noon to 10pm to explore this beautiful Greek island.
Athens – Rome, Italy
We will arrive in the early morning in Piraeus port (Athens), Greece. Disembark the Star Clipper and be transferred to the airport for a flight to Rome, Italy. Upon arrival at the Rome Airport, we will be transferred to our hotel. On our way to our hotel, we will stop by the Rome Temple. After Dinner, enjoy an evening walk to explore the sites of ancient Rome. (B,D)


Rome - Ancient & Baroque Rome
We shall visit: the Colosseum, which symbolizes the eternity of the Roman civilization, the Forum, and the Piazza Venezia, dominated by the imposing monument to Vittorio Emanuel II. We will continue with
monuments of the Baroque Rome: The Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Return to the hotel for dinner. (B, D)
Rome - Vatican City and the Necropolis
This morning we will tour the Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica. Our visit will include the Vatican Museums, Raphael’s rooms, and the Sistine Chapel, before exploring Basilica of St. Peter, the largest church in the world., which overlooks the enormous Piazza San Pietro and the Necropolis under the Basilica. The afternoon is free for shopping and personal activities. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (B, D)

Rome – Depart for the USA
This morning we will check out of our hotel in Rome and be transferred to the airport for our flight back to the USA (B)
